What is your warranty policy?
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by COOWPS are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
COOWPS’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through COOWPS’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through COOWPS.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process:- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- COOWPS must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
Valid Proof of Purchase:- Order number from online purchases made through COOWPS or COOWPS’s authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt from an authorized COOWPS reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped).
Warranty claims for product defects expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 30-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
Shipping Costs:Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
- Buyer’s accidental returns.
- Returning personal items.
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by COOWPS quality control to be in working condition.
- Returning defective items in international shipping.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Not Covered Under Warranty:- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.

Regarding shipping and logistics
- Orders under $100 will be charged $4.99 - $9.99 shipping, and over $100 free shipping, depending on the distance, will be charged and added during checkout.
- The logistics company will be randomly assigned by system.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time
In addition to force majeure, the current processing time for all orders takes 2-4 working days. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-5 working days, you will see our notice for the delivery time on the product page before purchase.
Shipping Time
It depends on your location. Within the United States, delivery typically takes 2-5 Business days, while international shipping may take 7-16 Business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Orders Shipped from the US Warehouse
When you place an order, a waybill number is created first. This indicates that your order has entered the shipment arrangement sequence. After the warehouse and production department receive the waybill number, they will pack and prepare the shipment. This process takes some time. The logistics company will then pick up the packaged products, which will enter their shipping system for weighing and verification. This also takes a few days. Once verification is completed, the shipment will be arranged, and the shipping trajectory will begin to update. It generally takes about 3-5 days from creating the waybill number to completing the verification. After verification, international shipping takes 8-15 days. Please be patient during this time.
Shipping to certain remote areas may take longer, so we appreciate your patience.
Orders Shipped from Various Warehouses
If our various warehouse locations have inventory, tracking information will generally be available within 1-3 days. If the warehouses are out of stock, accepted orders will enter a pending status. Shipment will only be arranged after the goods arrive at the warehouse.
